On October 26, 2024 and during the world championships, General Assembly of the International Bowls Confederation (CBI) was held in Oslo Conference Hall of the Viking Star Hotel in the Kemer City to elect the executive board of the CBI for the next four years (2024~2024) and by unanimous votes of the members, Dr. Mutlu TURKMEN was re-elected as the president of CBI for third time after 2018 and 2022. While it should be noted that he has made meaningful evolution in the world of Bowls in recent years, his academic approach in reconstructing entire executive procedures has satisfied member nations with contributions to the CBI plans.
